BACKGROUND
Everardo has nearly 30 years expertise as a Private Equity and Venture Capital investor, entrepreneur, director, product manager, design engineer, researcher, and inventor in medical diagnostics, wireless networks and devices, high-speed networking & supercomputing, 3D Printing, UAV/UAS vehicles, semiconductor, and biotechnology. Everardo has co-chaired innovation, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property programs for United States senators and congressman. Dr. Ruiz is also a NASA Fellow.

Sanjay has 25+ years as an intellectual property advisor, and business executive, in the U.S. and abroad, advising leading technology companies,
capturing innovation of such companies and commercializing technology and intellectual property, creating sustainable innovation systems. Mr. Prasad is a frequent conference speaker and has participated in US government patent policy setting.

• Developed first software licensing programs at Intellectual Ventures and led investments resulting in $1B+ of bids for patents.
• Cumulatively developed licensing programs in software, semiconductor, internet and consumer electronics industries that exceed $2B in value.

• Negotiated first patent licensing and acquisitions deals for Oracle. Advised and settled initial patent litigations.
• Led transformation of Oracle’s patent strategy, incl. its approach to patent licensing and litigation, procurement, and invention(growth from 30 to 700+ patents)
